Your Privacy Choices
1. No traditional account
We do not ask for an email, phone number, or social-media login to play Turnlock, and we do not keep a conventional customer profile we can search by your name or email. There is no remote account to delete. This page exists because stores expect a privacy-choices URL even when play is local.
2. Information on your device
To clear worlds, stars, badges, Daily flags, and an in-progress board:
- Open Turnlock → Settings → Reset all progress → confirm Reset everything. Sound, haptics, and “Help improve the app” stay as you left them.
To remove remaining App files, including those settings:
- iPhone / iPad: delete the App. iOS does not always offer a separate “clear storage” control the way Android does.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Turnlock → Storage → Clear storage (or Clear data), or uninstall.
Typical wording varies by device maker. Numoro Tech cannot delete that information for you from afar. A backup of your phone may restore App files if you reinstall from a backup that still contains them.
3. Optional rewarded videos (ads partners)
If you never watch a rewarded video, ads partners typically have nothing from a completed watch. If you do watch one (for a hint after the first free hint, Daily puzzle #2, or a session preview of a locked world), companies that serve that video — currently including Google — may retain advertising identifiers and measurement events under Google’s Privacy Policy. Uninstalling Turnlock stops further videos from this installation. It does not reach into Google’s systems to delete records they already created.
You can also reset or delete the advertising identifier, or refuse tracking if iOS asks, in your device settings. Circuit, Canal, and Daily puzzle #1 do not require a watch. Turnlock Plus skips videos while it is active.
4. Turnlock Plus
Plus is billed by Apple or Google. Resetting progress or uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription. Use Settings → Manage subscription or your store account’s subscriptions page. Restore purchases on a new device if the store still lists Plus as active.
5. “Help improve the app”
Settings includes a Help improve the app switch (on unless you turn it off). It is stored on the device. Crash and usage reporting services are not connected in this version, so the App does not currently send those reports to us whether the switch is on or off. When we connect those services, the same switch will gate them: off means they will not send from that installation. Turning the switch off now is still useful if you want that preference waiting when reporting ships.
6. Email we hold
If you wrote to support or privacy, we only have what you chose to send. To ask us to access, correct, or delete that mail, email support@numorotech.com with the subject “Turnlock privacy request.” We can help with messages in inboxes we control. We cannot remotely erase on-device play data we never received, and we cannot impersonate you at an ads company.
