1. Start here: plain-language summary

If you read only one section Sudoku Multiverse is a puzzle game published by Numorotech. Your puzzles, stats, and unlocks stay on your device. We do not ask you to create an account. With your Settings choice (on by default), we may receive anonymous usage statistics, crash reports, and performance diagnostics so we can keep the App stable and improve it—not to sell ads or build a named profile. Turn off Anonymous usage stats in Settings anytime and none of those reports are sent from that install. We do not sell your information, and this version does not show third-party ads or charge inside the App.
What this means for you Clear the App’s storage or uninstall to remove local progress. Turn off Anonymous usage stats in Settings anytime (that stops usage statistics, crash reports, and performance diagnostics from that install). Email us with privacy questions. Details below are for players and for privacy / store reviewers.

What we do not collect in this version

Behind the scenes, some of the reliability and measurement features above are provided by Google’s cloud tools. You do not need to know those product names to understand what happens: they help us fix crashes, measure performance, and see how the App is used when you leave Anonymous usage stats on.

Where laws require a legal basis, we rely on providing the App you requested, legitimate interests in security and improvement, and consent where required.

8. When we share information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. How long we keep information

10. Where information is processed

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards from our providers.

11. How we protect information

We use reasonable measures designed to protect personal information. No method is completely secure.

12. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact support@numorotech.com if you believe a child provided personal information to us.

13. California residents

15. Automated decisions and tracking signals

We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. The App does not specially respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals; use the choices in Section 5.

16. Device permissions, cookies, and similar technologies

Sudoku Multiverse is primarily an on-device puzzle game. It may use network access for crash reports, performance diagnostics, and usage statistics when Anonymous usage stats is on in Settings. We do not ask for camera, microphone, contacts, or continuous location access for the current App. If a future feature needs a new permission, your device will prompt you.

These legal pages are a static website and do not use advertising cookies. Inside the App, reliability and measurement tools may use device identifiers and similar technologies (what many templates call “cookies and similar tech”) when Anonymous usage stats is on. Turn that toggle off in Settings to stop further collection from that install, or uninstall the App.

17. Social logins and information from elsewhere

We do not offer social logins. We do not buy mailing lists or enrich profiles from data brokers or marketing partners. We only handle information as described in Section 6, plus what our service providers process to run those features.

18. Other websites and app stores

Links to Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or other sites we do not control are covered by those companies’ own policies—not this one. For companies that help us run the App (currently including Google cloud services), see also Google’s Privacy Policy.

19. If our business changes

If we merge, are acquired, or sell assets, personal information may transfer as part of that deal, under this Policy or a successor that is at least as protective where the law requires. We will notify you of a material change in who controls your information when required.

20. Other U.S. state privacy laws

Residents of states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others may have rights to access, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising as described above. Email support@numorotech.com to exercise rights; we will respond as the applicable law requires.

21. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when practices, the App, or the law change, and will revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes we will take steps required by law. We aim to review this Policy at least yearly. Continued use after an update acknowledges the Policy to the extent allowed by law.

22. How to review, update, or delete the data we collect from you

Where the law allows, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Most of your Sudoku progress lives only on your device—clear App storage or uninstall to remove it. See Your privacy choices for step-by-step guidance. For crash or usage data we may hold through service providers, or questions about your rights, email support@numorotech.com with the App name and your request. We do not operate a traditional account for this App.
