Your Privacy Choices

Sudoku Multiverse · Last updated: July 31, 2026

In plain language Sudoku Multiverse does not use email/password or social logins. Your puzzles, stats, streaks, and unlocks live on your device—clear App storage or uninstall to remove them. We cannot wipe your phone remotely. You can turn off Anonymous usage stats in Settings anytime (on by default). When off, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring do not send data from that install.
About “account deletion” in app stores Google Play and Apple ask whether users can request deletion of data. Because Sudoku Multiverse does not create searchable customer accounts, there is no separate account to delete. You control on-device data yourself; for crash, performance, or usage data our providers may hold, email us and we will help within the limits of anonymous systems.

1. No traditional account

We do not ask for an email, phone number, or social-media login to play Sudoku Multiverse, and we do not keep a conventional customer profile we can search by your name or email.

2. Information on your device

To delete local progress and preferences: open your device settings, find Sudoku Multiverse, and clear its storage—or uninstall the App. That fully removes on-device data (puzzles in progress, stats, streaks, achievements, themes, and your usage-stats preference). Numorotech cannot delete that information for you from afar.

3. Usage statistics, crash reports, and performance diagnostics

With your Settings choice (on by default), the App may send anonymous usage statistics, crash reports, and performance diagnostics so we can keep it working and improve it—not for ads and not linked to your name. Usage statistics are count-only events without personally identifying information.

Turn off Anonymous usage stats in Settings anytime. When off, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring do not send data from that install. Uninstalling also stops further reports from that installation. Those reports are not a user account you manage with us.

If you still want to contact us about privacy, email support@numorotech.com with the subject “Sudoku Multiverse privacy request.” We will take reasonable steps within the limits of anonymous diagnostic systems.
