Your Privacy Choices
1. No traditional account
We do not ask for an email, phone number, or social-media login to use Sudoku Adventure, and we do not keep a conventional customer profile we can search by your name or email. There is no remote account to delete. Google Play and Apple may still ask for a privacy-choices URL; this page is that URL.
2. Information on your device
To delete progress and settings: open your device settings, find Sudoku Adventure, and clear its storage — or uninstall the App. That removes on-device lesson progress, theme places, sound settings, a paused puzzle, parent PIN hash, reminder preferences, temporary reminder pictures, and related local data for that installation. Numorotech cannot delete that information for you from afar.
Typical paths (wording varies by device):
- iPhone / iPad: delete the App. iOS does not always offer a separate “clear storage” control the way Android does.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Sudoku Adventure → Storage → Clear storage (or Clear data), or uninstall.
To stop optional practice reminders without deleting progress: open Parent Corner (behind Parental controls) and turn reminders off, or revoke notification permission in your device Settings.
Optional Share in Parent Corner sends a short learning summary only to the app or person the grown-up picks. We do not keep a copy and cannot unsend it from someone else’s inbox.
3. What we do not collect remotely
In this version, core play works offline. We do not operate ads, in-app purchases, analytics, or crash-reporting tools that upload puzzle progress or usage to Numorotech. Optional reminders are scheduled on the device; we do not send remote push from our servers for this feature. If you email support, we only receive what you choose to send.
If you still want to contact us about privacy, email support@numorotech.com with the subject “Sudoku Adventure privacy request.” We can help with emails we hold. We cannot remotely erase on-device play data or anonymous device files we never received.
