Your Privacy Choices
1. No traditional account
We do not ask for an email, phone number, or social-media login to use Pocket Pages, and we do not keep a conventional customer profile we can search by your name or email. There is no remote account to delete.
Pocket Pages Plus does not create a Pocket Pages account. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous app user ID so the App can check store entitlement status. Apple or Google separately controls your store account and transaction history.
2. Information on your device
To delete your writing on this phone: open Settings → Delete all journal data. That removes saved pages in every journal, ordinary drafts, saved letters, remembered lines, reflection answers, and the photos on those pages. Journal names, the look, the passcode, and the Share anonymous usage stats switch stay. A letter or time capsule you have not put away can remain. This button does not delete a Plus backup already saved in iCloud or Google Drive. To remove the look, passcode, and usage-stats switch as well, clear the App’s storage or uninstall. Numoro Tech cannot wipe your phone from afar.
3. Optional usage statistics
Core journaling works offline. On the Settings screen you can turn off Share anonymous usage stats (on by default). When off, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring do not send data from that install. We never send journal text, photos, handwriting, or passcodes through these tools.
If you still want to contact us about privacy, email support@numorotech.com with the subject “Pocket Pages privacy request.”
4. Pocket Pages Plus purchases
Cancel or manage a monthly/yearly subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Uninstalling does not cancel it. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store’s rules. Restore purchases uses the same store ecosystem; there is no Pocket Pages account that transfers purchases between Apple and Google.
Store and purchase-status records may need to remain for restore, accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. To ask about RevenueCat-linked purchase-status data, email support@numorotech.com with “Pocket Pages privacy request.” We may need information from your device or store receipt to locate an anonymous record, and we cannot erase records Apple or Google must retain.
5. Plus cloud backup in your Apple or Google account
If you turn on Pocket Pages Plus cloud backup, an encrypted copy can remain in your iCloud (iPhone) or Google Drive app folder (Android) after you uninstall. Numoro Tech cannot delete that file for you. Open Settings → Backup. If Plus is active and backup is connected, open Manage iCloud or Manage Google Drive, then tap Delete cloud backup. Turning backup off on this phone leaves the copy in your account. On Android the copy sits in a hidden Drive folder, not in My Drive. A forgotten backup PIN cannot be recovered. The ZIP you export yourself uses a separate password you choose.
